Well the first shot is all natural light. Shot with a Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Lens prime lens on a Canon Digital Rebel XTi

Camera settings:
Shutter speed: 1/250
Aperture: f/2.8
ISO:100

It was the end of the shoot we were both tired but I just slapped on the 85mm prime and shot a couple of last minute shots of her just relaxing and tossing about and we came up with some great photography. It seems the more natural everything is and not so posed the better the shots are.. go figure :)

The second shot:

This was a bit more complex than the shot up top. I brought out ALL the goodies for this one.
1xAB1600 with the Alien bee octabox attached located camera left.
1xABR800 ring flash bare bulb located camera right, down below.
1xAB800 with 30 grid on it pointed down toward her hair to give seperation from the background sunlight.

Canon Digital Rebel XTi with a Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4.5 DC IF Macro Lens lens on it.. I really do love this little lens.. its such a great price for the shots I get from it.

I love LOVEEE the sun.. so I try to use it as much as possible in my shoots. As you can see I was being a bit cheeky with the placement of the sun in this shot but I think it works pretty well :) Jaycelle absolutely loved the shot and thought it was a bit humorous as well.

Alright kids here is the payoff.. the little behind the scenes shot:
